- Ensure the regular implementation of one on one meetings.
- Develop truly anonymous feedback channels so employees can feel comfortable submitting honest feedback.
- Execute custom employee surveys to supplement the feedback you might be getting in your one on ones.
The most essential component to any feedback is following up with an action plan and communication. Without it, your feedback is meaningless.
