En: As the lights from the ambulance colored the walls, Ariel realized one thing: family means more than any money in the world.

He: בערב חורף קר בחג החנוכה, אבי חיפש דרך לספק לילדיו חג שמח ומיוחד.
En: On a cold winter evening during the holiday of Hanukkah, my father searched for a way to give his children a happy and special holiday.

He: כאב יחידני, אבי הרגיש לחץ להעניק להם חוויות ורגשות כפי שזכר מילדותו.
En: As a single parent, my father felt pressure to provide them with experiences and emotions as he remembered from his own childhood.

He: באותו ערב היה לו משחק פוקר חשוב, שבו ניתן היה לזכות בכסף שיביא להגשמת חלומותיהם של ילדיו.
En: That evening, he had an important poker game, where he could win money to fulfill his children's dreams.

He: המשחק התקיים בחדר קטן ומואר באור קלוש.
En: The game took place in a small, dimly lit room.

He: מושיטים את הקלפים על השולחן, אנשים דיברו בשקט, והמתח והציפייה התגברו עם כל סיבוב.
En: People handed out the cards on the table, spoke quietly, and the tension and anticipation grew with each round.
