第一點: 「最重要的就是自然的呼吸，用你輕鬆的節奏即可。」

我們針灸在呼吸補瀉時，會在患者吸氣或吐氣時，作不同的手法。
能量針灸也是一樣，有些冥想適合在吸氣時啟動，有些適合在吐氣時運作，
因此你會聽到:「吸氣，讓金黃色的光芒充滿胸腔....吐氣，把身上疲憊呼出體外。」
這是引導大家，在吸氣時，做補能量的效果，啟動後就可以自然吐氣，不用憋氣。
反之，在吐氣時，引導排除雜氣，啟動後就可以自然吸氣，
不用等聽到口令才吸氣，我保證你等不到就沒氣了啦....

第二點:「冥想不要太用力，愈放鬆氣的流動愈順暢。」
例如，當我說「吸氣，想像金黃色的光芒充滿胸腔」，
你若是太用力的把注意力集中在胸腔，氣反而可能卡住，流動不順暢。
最好的感覺，應該是如同坐公車時，欣賞著窗外的風景。
由我來引導，我來開車，因此你不用把全副注意放在控制駕駛上。
然而，你一面放鬆感受著車子在前進，一面也欣賞著窗外的風景，
也就是一面感受著全身，一面欣賞著胸腔自然放光，看著能量自然流動。
自然流淌出來的光芒、氣感，就有如車窗外變動的風景，
你可以輕鬆地欣賞它，但不要用力地捕捉它、記憶它。

當年我學氣功的時候，我的老師也說過:「愈放鬆，愈有效；愈努力，愈徒勞。」
這句話我過了15年才比較能體會，所以若暫時掌握不到這個心法，也無須氣餒。
無需辛苦當駕駛，輕鬆當乘客，就是我目前的註解。

冥想說明:
