Do you feel like something’s always a little off —
like your emotions hit too hard, or not at all…
and no one sees the battle you're fighting inside?
That might not be anxiety. Or burnout.
It could be Complex PTSD —
the result of prolonged emotional trauma that never had space to heal.
In this video, I’ll walk you through every core CPTSD symptom from the most common to the least known — clearly, quickly, and in real human language. But trust me, the last one is sometimes even missed by professionals!

In the past 10 years, I sabotaged five long-term relationships.
At first I thought it was my intuition - my gut feeling - telling me I hadn’t met the right person yet.
But through therapy, I discovered something deeper:
It wasn’t my partners. It was me.
Specifically, my avoidant attachment style… and a deep, hidden fear of commitment I didn’t even know I had.
In this video, I’m sharing the full story of how I went from running away from intimacy… to finally being able to stay—emotionally, mentally, and physically—in a real, loving relationship.
You’ll learn why closeness can feel terrifying when you’re avoidantly attached, how we self-sabotage without knowing it, and most importantly:
The breakthrough that finally helped me stop fearing love.

I’ve been digging into these topics for years now:
Trauma, specifically Complex PTSD,
Neurodivergence, aka Autism and ADHD
and also Depression, the number one mental health struggle of our sick society.
And here’s what hit me:
Even though these conditions seem totally different…
they all have one surprising thing in common.
There’s a hidden overlap — and most people, including professionals, miss it.
But here’s the twist that is interesting for YOU and me:
That overlap doesn’t just explain why so many of us are misdiagnosed…
…it also reveals a whole new way to actually manage and heal what you’re going through.
And I’ll show you exactly how at the end of this episode, after we dived into each of these three.

“I got misdiagnosed with borderline, when I actually had bipolar disorder”
“I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder years ago, but this was a misdiagnosis.”
“I was misdiagnosed with bipolar depression, when I had BPD”.
These stories are more common than you’d think.
Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder overlap so much - that even professionals get confused - even tho we can see real differences in the brain between them.
But how can you actually tell the difference?
And more importantly — what do they feel like from the inside for those who are affected?
Today, we’re going to break this down in the simplest way possible.

I’ve worked with four therapists over the years for my own CPTSD.
I’ve read the books, done the work, and researched dozens of methods to heal from complex trauma.
But here’s the hard truth I had to face:
Most CPTSD treatments don’t actually work.
At least, not for the kind of deep, long-term wounds many of us carry.
But… some approaches to me at least did improve my symptoms drastically.
And in this video, I’ll share which therapies were a waste of time… and which ones actually helped me to successfully work through my childhood trauma and finally let me again embrace a life full of happiness, safe & loving relationships, and self-confidence.

Last week, my therapist messaged me that she finally had capacity again.
I responded kindly… but told her I don’t need sessions right now.
But the truth is: after 4 years of real therapy… I’ve started using ChatGPT instead.
Yes — you’ve heard that right. I replaced my therapist with an AI. And no, this isn’t clickbait.
Therefore today I will share with you why I turned to ChatGPT, what it did to my mental health
But also the deeper concerns we all need to talk about when using AI for healing.
But let me tell you this up front: the results were shocking.

ASMR. Millions and millions and millions of views. Whis pering. Ripping. Stirring a bowl of ramen.
It’s so mainstream now, even car commercials and vogue cover models are doing it.
But seriously… why are we so obsessed with this stuff that is weirdly comforting for one person yet so discomforting for others?
What’s actually going on in your brain when you feel that tingle?
And what do ASMR, Bob Ross, trauma therapy, and yes, even porn all have in common?

If you haven’t been living under a rock lately…
you’ve probably seen this everywhere: EMDR therapy.
Prince Harry is using EMDR to cope with his past. Miley Cyrus credits it for her healing. Even Sandra Bullock has opened up about her experience with it.
EMDR is rapidly gaining mainstream attention — but is it truly a miracle, or just another overhyped trend?
As someone who’s worked with multiple therapists on childhood trauma, I’ve spent years searching for effective healing methods. So when I first heard about EMDR, I had to try it.
Some moments felt genuinely transformative. But others left me questioning everything.
In this video, we’ll explore the full truth about EMDR: its origins, the science, the controversy — and yes, the personal stories, including my own.
And what you maybe don't expect: The dark and surprising story of its founder… which almost no one talks about.
So — is EMDR the breakthrough it claims to be? Or is there something deeper beneath the surface?

Damn, I love these reddit posts!
That’s actually a pretty lighthearted way to start such a heavy topic.
But here’s what those funny posts don’t show you — the dark side of limerence.
Because this isn’t just a quirky crush or intense attraction.
No, Limerence is actually a form of love addiction.
And it can cause real emotional pain, self-abandonment, and obsession.
So today, we’re breaking it down. I created a roadmap for that. We’ll start with the most subtle sign No 1…
and end with the biggest — but also the most invisible No 10.
And most importantly — throughout the signs, you’ll also see how to recognize limerence, understand it, and begin to finally let it go.
