    ► Join Our Skool-Community: https://understandable.net/join/ (Ad)

    I read all these articles:

Trauma vs Autism.. vs ADHD.. vs BPD

The big learning from them is: Often, it’s both!

Its, Trauma AND Autism.. And ADHD.. And BPD

BUT, there is one big thing that I noticed:

There are a few major elements that run like a red thread through all of these conditions.

In today's video, I want to uncover these primary characteristics and unveil the CENTERED OVERLAP with you.

And I also want to answer the question: What can you do, to improve or even resolve specific symptoms caused by complex trauma and neurodivergent conditions.

I found out, that we are not fully at the mercy of our neurology.

► Get the Free Re-Regulation Resources Workbook: https://understandable-podcast.com/ (Ad)

You can read thousands of comments here on YouTube, that people LOVE to be alone.

And to be honest, that’s insane to hear from social creatures who only could evolve because they survived in groups.

BUT I get it so well. The world we live in is a f*cked up, dangerous and messy place full of people who will give a sh*t about your feelings and will hurt you.

So the suffering is damn real.

Still - when I read through those comments, I also sense a lot of desperation and frustration.

Is the only way really total self-isolation and solitude?

Today in this video we find out, WHY we isolate ourselves in the first place.

And we discuss, if there are alternatives to avoiding other people entirely and for the rest of our lives.

Ending a relationship is of course a difficult decision and a hard one

Many people put this decision off for a long time.

I'm not here to tell you to end your relationship.

Even if that's how it's portrayed in the intro to the shrinking episode.

But sometimes it just takes a few facts to make you reconsider your decision.

If you're in a toxic relationship characterized by emotional or even physical abuse, please think about yourself (and your kids) first.

I know there are some people out there who don't realize until it's way too late that their partner is a narcissist or abusive. If there are already children and a family home involved, it becomes difficult. But even then, there are solutions that you may not even see at first. Don't forget that.
