Goooood morning EMBody Radio family! Today we're here for the first solo episode in a long time. For today's show, I wanted to dig into some reflections from my readings and notes from a book that has been changing my life: "Women Who Run With the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, PhD. This episode in particular is reviewing the story of La Loba, The Wolf Woman, the collector of bones.
I'm digging into my reflections from this story and how it's played out in my life in real time (including some of my experiences in Sedona), some of the heavy emotions it's been guiding me through, and some of the "bones" of my own that I've been gathering. I've also included some question prompts for YOU all and I really invite you to sit (preferably with a nice cup of tea or coffee or whatever your thing is) and journal/reflect on them to improve your own self understanding, intuition, and inner alignment.
