My loves… the day has come. We’re officially taking a sacred pause. The podcast has been released every single Wednesday for 10 years (minus one short maternity leave) and I’ve never, ever taken an intentional break. That time has arrived, and it’s not without extreme bittersweetness. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for each and every one of you—no really—you have not just changed my life by listening to this show but you have shaped my life. I am who I am because of each and every one of you.

The main thing I want you to know is that I WILL be back. This is not a goodbye. It’s simply a pause, in order to find my next right direction. It feels empowering, intuitively led, and right on time. But wow, in these months to come… I will miss talking to you every week. I will be more present than ever on Instagram, Substack, The Quantum Method, and beyond—so please know I am not going away! I want to create even more for you guys, and this sacred pause will allow me to do that. <3
