Bridget Covill is the founder and creator of Find Her Wild Coaching. She got into this work in 2019 when she chose sobriety for her life. This catalyzed her personal growth journey into mindset work and eventually somatic coaching when she hit a wall around healing from past wounds. Bridget discovered breathwork through a somatic coach and now teaches the Reset Method of breathwork. She hosts monthly virtual breathwork classes to make the work accessible and affordable for all. Her goal is to help women embody and learn about their feminine energy in life, business, and relationships.
