This week, the SoberFitGirl hosts sit down with Rachel Hechtman, founder of Sober in Central Park, to talk about what it really looks like to reclaim your life after alcohol.
Rachel had her first drink at 14 and spent years using alcohol to numb anxiety, trauma, and disconnection. From boarding school to Dartmouth to adult life in NYC, drinking was always there, until it started stealing everything that made her feel like herself.
After years of dark cycles, Rachel finally said enough. She’s now over four years sober, down 100 pounds, and the healthiest, happiest, and most connected she’s ever been, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
This episode is about healing out loud, breaking cycles, and proving that party girls can absolutely transform, and have more fun than ever.
