Ruthie Lindsey is back on the podcast this week for a fantastic conversation about all things love. Ruthie shared her incredibly powerful life story with Raw Beauty Talks in 2020 - If you haven’t listened to that episode, be sure to start there: https://rawbeauty.co/the-journey-from-hopeless-to-healing-with-ruthie-lindsey/
Ruthie is the author of the memoir ‘There I Am, The Journey From Hopelessness To Healing’, a speaker and a midwife of souls. She helps people feel endeared to their own life, body and soul.
She shares a remarkable story of surviving an accident as a teenager where she had a five percent chance to live and a one percent chance to walk, and the surgery that simultaneously saved and destroyed her body. But her message is one of strength and resilience. To see the invitation of pain and to remember all that is so right with us, not what’s wrong with us. She has spoken alongside renowned activists and writers such as Brené Brown, Glennon Doyle and Luvvie Ajayi.
Join us today as we talk about the beauty of falling in love with an intentional and open heart, and the importance that shadow work can play in your own journey of healing and self love.

Do you have a goal or an intention to do something but you just can’t seem to make it happen? Maybe you want to feel less scattered, move your body more, pick-up meditation or start a podcast? The path to realising our biggest dreams is comprised of countless choices. Sometimes we get so fixated on the end goal that we forget to acknowledge the profound importance of the little actions we take day-to-day. The choices we make guide us closer to, or further away from what we are calling in.
In this episode, Erin helps you take control of your choices before they take control of you. You’ll do a habit audit, bring awareness to the unconscious choices you make every day and put a system in place to help you make choices aligned with your highest self.
"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems." - James Clear, Atomic Habits
